Seasonal hair loss (seasonal shedding) can increase in autumn and sometimes spring. It typically lasts a few weeks and usually does not reduce overall hair density. A targeted strengthening routine can help hair feel more resilient during this period.

Recommended routine (4–8 weeks): keep cleansing consistent and support the follicles during the seasonal shedding phase.

Shampoo 3.1: Use daily or every wash. Massage into the scalp until it lathers, leave a few minutes, rinse.

Lotion 3.4.2: Apply 2–3 pipettes to the scalp (preferably at night). Massage in, do not rinse. Use 3×/week for at least 8 weeks.

• If shedding feels stronger than usual: switch to Lotion 3.4.3A as a structured course (2–3 pipettes daily, preferably at night) for a minimum of 3 months, then continue with 3.4.2 for maintenance.

Telogen effluvium often presents as sudden, diffuse shedding rather than patches. Common triggers include stress, low iron levels, major illness or surgery, hormonal shifts, thyroid imbalance, or certain medications. It is often temporary once the trigger is addressed.

Recommended routine: support the scalp consistently while addressing the underlying trigger (stress, illness, hormonal shift, nutrition, etc.).

Shampoo 3.1: Use regularly (every wash). Massage into the scalp until it lathers, leave a few minutes, rinse.

Lotion 3.4.1: Apply 1/3 of the ampoule to dry or damp scalp, preferably at night. Massage in, do not rinse. Use daily for at least 3 months.

Maintenance: Lotion 4.4.1: Spray 8–10 times onto the scalp, massage until fully absorbed. Apply 2–3×/week after washing for a minimum of 3 months.

Female androgenetic alopecia often appears as progressive thinning on the top/central scalp, with a widening part while the frontal hairline is usually preserved. A consistent course approach is commonly used to support density and hair quality over time.

Foundation (ongoing):

  • Peeling 1.3: 1×/week. Massage into scalp, leave 15 minutes, rinse.
  • Shampoo 3.1 & 2.1: alternate. Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.

Treatment phases (each minimum 3 months):

  • Phase 1 — Lotion 9.4: apply 1/3 ampoule nightly, massage in, do not rinse.
  • Phase 2 — Lotion 3.4.3B: apply 1/3 ampoule nightly, massage in, do not rinse.
  • Phase 3 — Lotion 3.4.4: spray ~6–8 times daily (preferably at night), massage, do not rinse.
  • Phase 4 — Lotion 3.4.5A: apply 2–3 pipettes daily (preferably at night). Minimum 3 months.

Maintenance:

  • Lotion 4.4.1: spray 8–10 times, 2–3×/week after washing (minimum 3 months).
  • Supplement 8.0: 2 capsules daily for at least 12 weeks.

Eyelashes can become dry, fragile, or sparse due to external stressors (makeup habits, UV exposure, poor hygiene) and other factors. A consistent daily serum routine can help support the lash line over time.

Recommended routine (minimum 8 weeks):

  • Serum 3.4.6: apply once daily, preferably at night. Carefully apply along the upper lash line (inner to outer corner) and also along the lower lash line, avoiding direct contact with the eye.
  • Wait ~1 minute to dry before applying makeup.
  • Do not rinse for 2–3 hours after application.

Oily dandruff combines flaking with excess oil. Flakes are often thicker, slightly yellowish, and more adherent to the scalp and hair, commonly in frontal or nape areas. A routine that targets buildup and oil helps restore a cleaner scalp feel.

Protocol: weekly exfoliation, alternating shampoos, and an initial daily lotion phase followed by reduced frequency.

  • Exfoliant 1.3: 1×/week. Leave 15 minutes, rinse. Optional: add ~8 sprays of Lotion 1.4 to enhance the anti-seborrheic effect.
  • Shampoo 2.1 & 1.1: alternate. Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.
  • Lotion 1.4: spray ~10 times, massage. Daily for 10 days, then gradually reduce weekly use as oil normalises. Optional weekly prevention.

Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic, flare-up prone scalp condition often associated with redness, peeling, inflammation and itching. A consistent routine can help manage comfort and support a more stable scalp barrier.

Protocol: weekly exfoliation, alternating shampoos, an intensive 1-month lotion phase, and nightly essential oils until improvement.

  • Exfoliant 1.3: 1×/week. Leave 15 minutes, rinse.
  • Shampoo 2.1 & 1.1: alternate. Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.
  • Lotions 1.4 / 2.4: spray ~10 times daily for 1 month, alternating lotions. Afterwards, use at least 3×/week (optional weekly prevention).
  • Essential Oils 3.4.5B: apply ~15 drops nightly, massage in. Wash the following day. Use daily until improvement is noted.

Frizzy hair is often a sign of dehydration and raised cuticles. Hair may expand in humidity, feel rough, and look puffy or undefined—especially in wet weather. A routine that supports hydration and smoothness can reduce frizz over time.

Protocol: weekly scalp reset + alternating cleansing + regular mask + leave-in smoothing support.

  • Exfoliant 1.3: 1×/week. Leave 15 minutes, rinse.
  • Shampoo 5.1.1 & 5.1: alternate. Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.
  • Mask 5.3: apply after shampoo, leave 5 minutes, emulsify, rinse.
  • Serum 4.5: apply a small amount to damp hair, distribute, do not rinse (can also be applied to dry scalp).
  • Balm 5.2.1: daily leave-in spray on clean damp hair, mid-lengths to ends.

Hair colouring and bleaching can increase porosity and dryness in the hair fibre. Some people also experience scalp discomfort (itching, irritation, or burning) during chemical services. A protective routine can support both scalp comfort and hair hydration.

During colouring / chemical services:

  • Lotion 5.5.1: mix 1/2 ampoule into the dye/bleach/chemical mixture until uniform, then apply as usual. After washing, apply the remaining ampoule from roots to ends. Do not rinse.

Aftercare routine:

  • Shampoo 4.1.1 / 5.1.1: alternate. On the second wash, leave 1–3 minutes, then rinse.
  • Mask 5.3: apply to lengths, leave 5 minutes, emulsify, rinse.
  • Balm 5.2.1: daily leave-in spray on damp hair, mid-lengths to ends.
  • Balm 5.2: apply a small amount to dry or damp hair (roots to ends), comb through. Do not rinse.

Alopecia areata is often recognised by sudden, patch-like hair loss (round areas on the scalp). It can start abruptly and may stop or persist over time. A structured scalp routine helps support the follicles and overall scalp condition.

Recommended routine (course-based): combine weekly scalp exfoliation, alternating cleansing, and consistent leave-in steps.

  • Exfoliant 1.3: 1×/week. Apply to dry or damp scalp, massage, leave 15 minutes, rinse.
  • Shampoo 3.1 & 2.1: alternate. Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.
  • Essential Oils 3.4.5B: apply ~15 drops at night, massage in. Do not rinse.
  • Lotion 3.4.5A: apply 2–3 pipettes each morning to affected areas. Minimum 3 months.

Support / maintenance:

• Shampoo 3.1: Can be used daily. Massage into the scalp until it lathers, leave a few minutes, rinse.

• Optional leave-in support: Lotion 3.4.4: Spray approximately 6–8 times onto the scalp daily (preferably at night) and massage gently. Do not rinse. Minimum recommended period: 3 months.

Dry dandruff is typically seen as fine white flakes with a dry, rough scalp feel. It may come with itching or tightness but usually without strong inflammation. A scalp-focused routine helps reduce visible flakes and supports comfort.

Protocol: exfoliate weekly, alternate cleansing, and use the lotion as an intensive course before switching to maintenance.

  • Peeling 1.3: 1×/week. Massage into dry/damp scalp, leave 15 minutes, rinse. Optional: add ~8 sprays of Lotion 2.4 to enhance the anti-dandruff effect.

  • Lotion 2.4: spray ~10 times, massage. Daily for 10 days, then 3×/week for a minimum of 3 months. Optional weekly prevention.

Seborrhea is linked to excess scalp sebum, causing hair to look oily, feel sticky, and collect dirt more easily. Managing buildup and reducing oil overload can also help maintain a fresher scalp environment.

Protocol: weekly exfoliation + alternating shampoos + an initial lotion course, then taper.

  • Exfoliant 1.3: 1×/week. Leave 15 minutes, rinse. Optional: add ~8 sprays of Lotion 1.4 for enhanced oil-control support.
  • Shampoo 1.1 & 2.1: alternate. Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.
  • Lotion 1.4: spray ~10 times, massage. Daily for 10 days, then reduce frequency as the scalp normalises (optional weekly prevention).

Scalp psoriasis can present with red areas covered by adherent white scales and may cause itching, discomfort, or a burning sensation. While chronic, it is often manageable with consistent scalp care that targets buildup and comfort.

Protocol: lift buildup weekly, alternate cleansing, run the lotion course, and add essential oils for support.

  • Exfoliant 1.3: 1×/week. Leave 15 minutes, rinse. Optional: add ~8 sprays of Lotion 2.4 to enhance the anti-dandruff effect.
  • Shampoo 2.1 & 5.1: alternate. Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.
  • Lotion 2.4: spray ~10 times, massage. Daily for 10 days, then 3×/week for a minimum of 3 months (optional weekly prevention).
  • Essential Oils 3.4.5B: apply ~15 drops nightly until improvement, then 2×/week. Do not rinse.

Weak and brittle hair often breaks without the root, especially when elasticity is reduced. Hair can feel dull, porous, and rough, and breakage may increase with heat styling, chemical processing, or insufficient conditioning.

Protocol: weekly scalp exfoliation, alternating cleansing, consistent mask use, plus leave-in support for the fibre.

  • Exfoliant 1.3: 1×/week. Apply to scalp, leave 15 minutes, rinse.
  • Shampoo 4.1: Lather, leave a few minutes, rinse.
