Diffuse hair loss, also known as telogen effluvium, often involves increased shedding across the entire scalp rather than isolated patches. It may occur following stress, illness, hormonal changes, or nutritional imbalances.

The DSD de Luxe Diffuse Hair Loss Set combines an intensive shampoo and a concentrated scalp lotion to support stronger-looking hair and consistent scalp care.

What's included?

3.1 Dixidox de Luxe Intense Shampoo — 200 ml

An intensive shampoo formulated to cleanse the scalp, strengthen the hair fibre and support the appearance of healthier, fuller hair.

3.4.1 Crexepil de Luxe Forte Lotion — 10 ampoules

A concentrated leave-in scalp lotion designed to complement Shampoo 3.1 and support hair strength, density and overall scalp condition.

The combination of Shampoo 3.1 and Lotion 3.4.1 has also been evaluated in a clinical efficacy study.

This set provides products for an initial routine. The included quantities do not cover the full recommended treatment course.

Step 1 — Shampoo 3.1

Apply to wet hair and scalp. Massage gently until lather forms, leave for 2–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use regularly with every wash.

Step 2 — Lotion 3.4.1

Shake the ampoule before use. Apply approximately 1/3 of an ampoule to dry or damp scalp daily, preferably in the evening. Massage gently to distribute evenly. Do not rinse.

Recommended treatment duration: Minimum 3 months.

One pack of 10 ampoules provides approximately 30 applications when using 1/3 of an ampoule per day.

Maintenance — Lotion 4.4.1 (sold separately)

After the initial course, spray 8–10 times onto the scalp, massage gently and do not rinse. Use 2–3 times per week after washing for a minimum of 3 months.

Key ingredients across the routine: Placental protein, caffeine, adenosine, biotin, niacinamide, panthenol, inositol, hydrolyzed keratin, hydrolyzed collagen, saw palmetto extract, hawthorn extract, horse chestnut extract, nettle extract, olive leaf extract, hydrolyzed RNA and DNA, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E, and mineral ferments including zinc, iron, copper, magnesium and silicon.
